About Albert

Albert Salt is a South Yarra based session musician and violin teacher with more than 20 years experience playing violin. He began playing at age 3 and was awarded his AMusA at only 13 years old.

As a multi-instrumentalist and composer, he has developed a very unique skillset as both a classical player and a contemporary player, with an expert knowledge of improvisation, recording, and arranging. This has led him to work with a variety of artists, filmmakers and producers, as well as release music under his own name.

Albert is currently scoring a feature film and working with violin students of varying experience.
